How Did Wesley's Fasting Change the Church?
John wesley was a bret who came over the pond to america in the eighteenth century. Was one of the most influential church leaders in the western world. He had a lot to say about fasting, but ist laughing when i read this quote: "The man who never fasts is no more in the way to heaven than the man who never prays" I fear there are now thousands of methodists,. so called little passive, aggressive wrighte there come on, both in england and in ireland, who, following the same bad example, have entirely left off fasting.
