The Devil Is in How Well You Do It

The principles are simple. You assess what the person's level of function and capacity is in your clinical examination. Then you progressively load them from what they have at the moment through to what need to do to be successful at their activity or sport level. So it's a progressive loading programm from a strength based start. Sa, we do a lot of heavy, slow resistance training, and then gradually increasing the energy storage to release the faster type activities on the tendon. Take that through to the faster activitys at the repetitions and the frequency that you need for that person to be active.
