i think likely they can be another tool that can be effective for certain people, used in the right circumstances. We don't know what works for witch people and in what circumstances. It's not like someplanthat you can just take it for a day and then it has no long lasting effect. Some people describe it as a nightmare that goes on for eight hours and you can't wake up. So there's an element of, and i try to put this in the book, of its being really hard labour. This is why it's so important that it's not just seen as a drug. Its seenas having a therapis there with you and someone who can guide you. Because
