Is Price Stability the Most Stable Price Force on the Planet?

i've been trying to think for last couple of years, does price stability exist in nature? And i would say, no. I actually think that the most stable price force we have in the universe right now is probably hashes pereel or percilar, per setoce per second. It's perhaps the most stable pricing force on the planet, in nature, at this moment. This would be more like naturally emergent price stability.
