What's Happened to Normalism in Mexico?

The reform that happens in 19 69 under the asordas is that of the 29 rural normales that existed then, 14 of them are turned into what are called technical agricultural schools. And students throughout the rue normales resisted this change. When it was announced, they occupied schools. They travelled to each other's schools and tried to do road blocts. So again, connecting themselves to this broad social movement, but also saying, like, you know, we would have been able to continue that movement if public education had not closed half of our schools.
