Stephanie: I would imagine that the answer would yes, if the food was going to waste and being taken in large quantities. But when i take something, it's most likely because i didn't have the time to sit and eat it. As with everything in life, this, as with every dumb rule that i find annoying, it exists because some one was doing the wrong thing and they knew it. And then the government of the school had to be like, oh god, i guess we have to make a rule.
