Moscow played a similar trick at beginning of the corona barus pandemic and i do not regret the decision. The kremlin runs a really serious risk. Because what happens when economic conditions get dyng ant, catastrophic? When hundreds of thousands, millions of people lose jobs, they don't have enough food to eat?
