Once you learn how the behaviors are formed and then also understand how pairings work, or some people might call it habit stacking if you read James Clear. It makes it a lot easier to then take all of those and say, cool, I'm struggling with this maybe new new behavior that I discovered that never really paid attention to. How can I utilize all of that and make this a little bit more manageable in my life?
