How Can You Be Creative When You Work in an Industry That's Not Sexy?

A law firm has to be creative if you have clients who are faced with challenges that have never been faced before. A finding a path and finding a solution is inherently creative. And i think it's about re framing and re shaping and giving your your lawyers the permission to think creatively.
