How Steve Tadellis Assesses Hisself as a Manager

Steve Tadellis is an economics professor at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business. He has spent time while on sabbatical working as a boss at some well-known firms. These surveys led Steve to ask his own bigger questions about bosses. Do these measures of manager skills or characteristics, do they really have any value for the firm?
