The Power of Mercy

In the homestretch of our lives, we're going to be invited to answer this question: Will I receive God's mercy or I reject it? Mercy is so powerful because it meets us in our failure. In today's gospel, Jesus shows up into a room full of failures and he extends to them the offer of mercy. He asks if they will have faith in his love when they've been unlovable. This day, Divine Mercy Sunday has given to the Universal Church. It comes ultimately from Jesus himself.
