What Is a Strategy?
Mackenzie: Strategy as a word can be pretty intimidating at the best of times. But i think the way yo beginning to break it down is is clear in terms of what strategy is. We all strategy starts with diagnosis, which is kind of a framing of the nature of the challenge. And then we create the tactics. That's whate all our challenges wrapped up in wool are axe sense. I was exactly the same. So don't anybody leasing ththis, shouldn't feel intimidated.
