The Viability Line

The court said that those philosophical differences colnt be resolved. It logically looked at the fetuss ability to survive separately as a legal line, because it's objectively verifiable and doesn't require the court to resolve the philosophical issues at stake. And i don't think that the defenders of ofro are doing a good job explaining otherwise. They're not explaining how to do it in a principled way. So there's, there's a contradiction here. Either the woman doesn't have this liberty, or the state doesn't have, ah, this interest. Something needs to give.
