In Silicon Valley AI is all the rage it's been many years but now it's really an exciting time for AI. People are always trying to find ways to commoditize things and automate them and make more money we see that in the coaching field already right we do. I think again complexity and development are huge for us here because how are we able to handle the complexity of our clients worlds not just their external worlds but their internal worlds too. There's something so fundamentally human about coaching and about what we're trying to help leaders be able to do that one of my great fantasies is that machines will get better and better being Machines.
