In two thousand ten, we were two years into the great recess ion. Buyers with confidence were buying properties then. Today people are saying they're going to time the market and wait for the crash. Even a broken clock is right twice a day. There will be a crash. I'm not denying that. i think this market is going to last for a wh i take a look at this. It's not as low as it was at one point.
