The Importance of Treadmills in Prisons
The HODSA have much to teach us and refusing to get on a treadmill is one of those teachable moments. I think we see the point. Why would anybody do that? Yeah. And the poor research was really crest falls. A lot of work to get a, to get a treadmill working out in the bush and then to have your subjects just refuse. But that was a teachable moment. For sure.
