The SEC's Brand: A Disruption to the Crypto Industry

I think it's pretty clear to your point that this is the SEC's brand, at least this version of the SEC. We want crypto innovation to happen in the US. We don't want to drive it overseas and killing it in the US would do nothing but drive it overseas. The industry has always been clear that what we want is not no regulation. We want clear and fair regulation that promotes innovation while stifling exploitation and bad actors.
