Guillerme: I see climate change litigation as a global trend and may become relevant in many industries, including the financial sector. Germany's Parliament adopted a mandatory gender diversity quota for senior executives at large German companies last year. Women remain heavily underrepresented in terms of seats on German management boards. Only 22% of those seats on management boards were held by women as of February.
