The Power of Rage
The idea of anger as a life serving force is hugely important when we begin to think about trauma and the healing of trauma. So often we as little people, little children have experienced being impacted by other people's anger or rage in ways that were different, dangerous and not even vaguely life serving. If we don't reclaim it, we're leaving almost like we're leaving a swath of embedded trauma that's preventing us from accessing our life energy.
