Is Loot a Roguelike Feature?
Loot is going to be mostly concentrated in games like Farmville or these consumption based kind of you know slot machiney social games and stuff like that the loot mechanism is not something that comes from long long history of games. I came into roguelikes from playing RPGs such as Fallout and Baldo's Gate so for me loot is very much not a roguelike feature.
