The Negative Effects of Shortcuts and Cutting Corners

Jeff: I think shortcuts in general can be positive or negative. It really depends on what your work environment is. If you're having to cut corners and if you're ending up producing poorer quality because you don't have enough time, something's wrong with your assignments. And that would be a flag where you wanna talk to management about what's going wrong here.
