Commercial Property vs REITs - The Big Box
Commercial property is the big box. Commercial deals are usually bigger. The bigger chance, if it goes up in value in 10% you're closer to a million than maybe a smaller price building. To me, this just comes down to price. And REITs running your own REIT, sure, you'll make a million dollars quick, but buying into a REIT, that's why it's a 15-seat. I don't see any way to build wealth quickly. It's very safe and conservative investing. That was intense. Man, we've got lots of excitement coming up.
