Grand Jury Reports - Is That a Mistake?
Special grand juries like this one are very unusual because they don't have an obvious purpose. My sense is that this one was convened because there's been so much said in the media about alleged fraud in the 2020 presidential election. Drew Findling, one of Trump's Georgia attorneys, suggested that these interviews could be used against the prosecutor if there are indictments.
