Universal Basic Income or Universal Basics?

Labour party was advocating basic income, or citizen's income. But the logic that led us it was not a kind of ethical logic, it was a sort of cynical logic. We were talking about how famously now, thatcher's most long termed successful policy was the privatization of social housing in britain. And we were saying, what could you do that would do that for the left? I said, oh, give everybody cana universal basic income. Because that would actually an once everybody gets used to it,.
