The frugamists are clearly very tied into harmony. And if harmony was going to know about anyone and their doings on scadrill, it would seem he would know what the terrace people were up to. But i don't necessarily think that makes them pacifist hippies. If anything, that is their reason to get involved with fights like the plight of the singers and the listeners.
