One man complained about the place being dirty for five hours. When he was asked if he wanted to leave, he said no and demanded a refund. The owner offered him half of his stay back in exchange for cleaning money. He still went into the room even though it had been cleaned several times before. "I'm dealing with a money grabber here," says one hotelier.
