What Would You Do if You Had a Two Level Promotion?
John Defterios: Having the right set of metrics for your organization is key. He says you need to find the burning fire, put a dollar value on it and go to the mat in some way if you're getting promoted or given too much money. If i got that two level promotion, first, i would find the number that i'd be funded on,. And then second, i would try to negotiate enough of a runway to do that. Third, i would include some of the floe base metrics.
