The Importance of Meditation in Painting
I've been trying to set it in the morning. That's my most, that's my time before the day can get crazy. I listen to a lot of acoustic music so nothing that's kind of going to snap me out of my concentration. Sometimes I'll listen to podcasts but I have to be at a very specific place in my painting because I'll easily get distracted. If I'm working on something really complicated or something I really need to focus on, I'll usually turn on something that's like acoustic and go to Spotify's seasonal acoustic playlist.
