Even in June one exit from the valley was still blocked by snow because you're way over around 12 to 14,000 feet. The Spidey Valley really is almost you could say it's a corner of Tibet in India. Most of the population are Tibetan and it's certainly very Buddhist and there's lots of prayer flags flapping in the wind.
