Is Cross Training a Good Option for Athletes?

Cross training is a great way to work this in, especially if you were at all worried about injuries. These sports are the best for it, even as they might not be great for the neuromuscular end of running faster. The three tools that I mentioned are really good biking in particular. And maybe where this is most always striking to me is looking at some of the steepest climbs in the country, especially here in Boulder.
