How to Normalize Your Emotions
One thing that you can do to sort of normalize the experience is to actually share some of these moments. Like with a friend of yours or a family member, somebody that you trust in that's not going to judge you. And they can share their own experiences. You can see that you're not just some sort of weirdo who constantly makes it full of themselves but rather just a human that has blunders like any other human. I'll share one of mine. I could share one or two maybe.
