Why You Shouldn't Have a Financial Advisor
If you win the Lotto in New Zealand, they give you a financial advisor right off the bat. You get to then have the freedom to invest as you see fit. It can sometimes feel like they're telling you you should just invest in this. There are well and truly some advisors that just talk at you and then talk at you to intimidate you. They'll ask you things like what you want to do yourself in five years? What is confusing you at the moment? That's a good coach for me because I don't work with an advisor every day.
