I love this phrase that he uses is tease out what the service level agreement is or we would say access level agreement behind whatever the product is. So for the fridge, it's fresh cold food. Right. But another example he gave at is Kamatsu, you know, the like Caterpillar type company or non equipment. They send drones out to a site and they can do a full survey of a site in 30 minutes. The question is not how many trucks and tractors do you need, but how much dirt you have to move. And that's what you're paying them for. It changes the internal accounting big time. You're not even going to recognize it for your CPA
