The Power of Breathing

The breath is the only involuntary and voluntary function that our body has or it's both. It can be completely automatic or at any point we can choose to utilize it. I will point everyone to the sun breath on YouTube in the show notes. And then when you inhale, do it through the nose and take a big breath up imagining energy moving from your base up through your spine up to the crown area. You don't really need any sound. But it's that kind of active somewhat strong breathing where especially the inhale is this this there's some effort involved in the exhales very relaxed doing that for say 108 times  in one go.
