The Future of Open Source

I think it will be foolish not to better open source, especially in light of the past six months in the field. There has been an explosion out there of contributors and the ecosystem as, you know, grown by 3000x. I'm getting outreach now from candidates who are coming from places that have closed up and they want to stay open. The San Francisco Agaton scene is completely overwhelming at this point with two, three events per day.
