Shared imaginal practice is done in groups of three, and one person is being guided into ther inner world through the imaginal. It always starts with kind of describing the sense of the body and the experience of that. So then it's like asking questions about what's unfolding in their experience. We're just creating a space to be really present and aligned and open and with experience.
