Chris Lick has not run a company of this profile being Warner Brothers. Do you think he did not fully realize what he was managing when he took this thing over in terms of how to communicate his ideas and how much leeway he'd be given by media? I do think that there's a little bit of, I think one thing that Zazlov and Chris like Ted and Common is a sense of pride and utter self-assuredness. And so I don't know if they anticipated just how big those headaches were going to become When there was a leader in place who was in over his head and not up to the job to which he was assigned.
