Is God in Control?
Father: It does seem that throughout scripture at various points that the devil seems to request permission to do obviously in the story of Job, etc. So it got us somehow, and this is, I guess, one of the theological mysteries, which is how are we as humans morally culpable for our decisions? But God is also sovereign and also responsible for the order of things. Father: And no matter how much the devil rages, how much he rebels,. how much he strikes against that which God loves, the devil is helping to bring about God's will.
