Most about every one of these plaintiffs implied that making $1,000 a day or more was absolutely possible with this business. The FTC states that the vast majority of their participants never realized such an income and these founders were doing nothing more than promoting a pyramid scheme. Plus, as is the case with many MLMs in pyramid schemes, the only way to make any real money isn't by selling a product at all, but by luring others in.
