A lot of people on Twitter reply to our tweet asking about this kind of stuff. I feel like one of the lessons, maybe all of us can take from this is set boundaries for yourself in a way that makes sense for you. A lot of companies are waking up to the fact that if you don't allow your people to handle this kind ofstuff, then they're not going to stay with you or do good work.
