The focusing question of the book is, what's the one thing i can do such that, by doing it, everything else would be easier or unnecessary? Most people do not have the track record that says that five days a week is something they can do. So we need to go smaller. The mark of success was, if i just did that one thing, i earned an x on my 66 da challenge calendar. It's actually that simple. You just got to go small.
