Every single company now is a remote company, at least in technology and otripanorship. Companies are not spending on office space. They're not spending maintaining these spaces. And then you reclaim what? Two hours a day. I think coming out of the pandemic will be one of the greatest recovery's ever because we're massively underestimating the impact of this recovery.
