You can't biohack your way into health if you are not getting healthy sleep. So many of us don't have the building blocks for biogenesis to build healthy new cells. And then nutrition, our bodies feed off of that energy from the food and the light energy sunlight. We need full spectrum sun. Like not too much, not too little but a healthy, healthy amount. grounding which is taking your shoes off, connecting to the earth. I love gardening, putting my hands in the dirt and feeling the earth and then sleep.
