The Hawleys and Yell's of the world are north of 50% alternatives. My portfolio has these vehicles have become available and getting cheaper at the same time. I still keep a significant number of very safe, liquid assets like either CDs or MIGAs. But it used to be 70% of my portfolio 10 years ago. And now it's down to 30 and probably headed more to 20%.
