Using Magnetic Fields in a Tokamak
Kate Langer is in the lab trying to recreate the sun in your lab without blowing us all up. How do you do that? Well, so there's a number of ways of doing it. So one way is to kind of make a magnetic bottle. And essentially, you can shape these fields to make sure that the plasma essentially levitates in this donut shape device,. which we call a tokamak.
