I've Got a Lightning Hook, Right?
Tinker is Tinker with mechanisms to create, modify, disable, repair, disable a trap or pick a lock. He carries an in, in the list of stuff on the character sheet, he has a lightning hook. The game also says under rec create distractions and chaos. You can push yourself for zero infinite by rolling two die each time you roll one dive - that would put you at once. Or if you don't, you roll two die and take the lower result.
