How to Rethink Your Teaching and Learning
When i started thinking about writing think again, i realized that i wasn't giving my students an opportunity to do it. The more we focused on evidence base management, the less chance there was for students to question my arguments. So i decided i was going to throw out 20 % of the class every year and try to rethink some of the corps ideas that i was teaching. And one of the things i did just to kick that off, was i left a day of the syllabus open. I said, i'll consider anything, as long as it has pedagogical value. And they came up with all these brilliant ideas.
