CNN's John Sutter is fascinated by a story about the Philadelphia Flyers. CEO Dave Scott fired general manager Chuck Fletcher on his own according to two league sources, then he named Danny Breyer interim general manager again on his own. The sports wing of parent company Comcast spectator had a chance to ignore the three wise men, Bob Clark, Paul Hongren and Bill Barber, all former players and front office executives now ensconced as quote senior advisors.
