Is There a Pullback Coming?
In the short term, gold looks tactically very overboard. And there's not a single person that you can find who's bearish gold, right? Which says to me, it's probably got a pullback coming. How steep I don't know, but do you see what I mean? So the way he thinks about it is I've got a structural position. I want to keep it. But if I get taken out of half my position, another 10% higher, in the next two months, I can live with that,. That gives me ammunition to sell call options and then buy some put options. If the market does correct, then I'll make some money. Makes sense
