How to Overcome Low and Stable Tendon Pain

We need to think about our little iron channels, right? And there's types of iron channels that saturate. That for me explains really nicely the clinical feature of warm-up. We actually don't listen to your tendons at the time because your tendon can be a little bit naughty and you can get stuck in and feel really good and completely overdo it. So we're gonna listen to your tendon, but we're only gonna listen to it 24 hours after a load. An attendant that has low and stable pain after load is a happy tendon,. zero pain's ideal, but often our athletes will have some symptoms.
